I deep dived into revenue and customer behavior data throughout ECS’ product experience and identified opportunities to tweak product offers based on historical data. I presented my findings to leadership and proposed a couple changes to high-traffic product pages. My proposed improvements were then executed in partnership with cross-functional partners through hypothesis testing.
